|
Subproject of the University of Jaen (SPUJA) supported by Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación, Agencia Estatal de Investigación, FEDER, UE (MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033/ FEDER, UE)
Call for Knowledge Generation Projects (2024). Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation.
Duration: 3 years (2025-2028)
Objective of the Subproject (SPUJA)
The subproject will develop, analyze, and validate innovative energy management tools for active distribution network (ADN)- energy community (EC) coordination, addressing gaps in profitability, modeling uncertainties, and privacy. Key objectives include testing novel demand response (DR) and monetary initiatives for user flexibility, proposing local pricing schemes for market coordination, and exploring planning tools for cooperative investment viability in distribution systems. The focus is on empowering proactive users and enabling efficient planning and investment decisions . Specifically, it will undertake:1. Developing and validating new optimal management tools for coordinated distribution environments.
2. Proposing and studying novel DR and monetary initiatives for ECs in coordination with ADNs.
3. Developing and studying novel market environments for the optimal coordination of ADNs and ECs.
4. Developing, validating and studying new planning tools for cooperative investment in distributed assets.
