Biografía
M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Seville, Seville, Spain, in 1997, and Ph.D. degree from the University of Cadiz, Algeciras, Spain, in 2004. In 2000, he joined the University of Cadiz, Algeciras, Spain, where he is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, and Head of the Research Group in Sustainable and Renewable Electrical Technologies (PAIDI-TEP-023). \n\nHis current research interests include smart cities, smart grids, microgrids, renewable energy sources, energy storage systems, hydrogen and fuel cells, electric vehicles and smart mobility, power electronics, control and energy management systems. He is author of 70 papers in JCR-SCI journals, 70 papers in International Conferences proceedings and 5 book chapters. He has been involved in national and international research projects. He is IEEE Senior Member, Editorial Board Member and Guest Editor of Special Issue in several JCR-SCI journals, Scientific Committee Member of several IEEE international conference and national and internacional Research Project Evaluator.
